Spond for Rossendale RUFC Minis & Juniors
Rossendale RUFC Minis & Juniors uses Spond to manage club messages, schedule training and matches, share news, and organise all team communications in one place. Spond is a free app that is used by groups and clubs to help them stay organised and connected.
Spond is the mini and juniors section primary communication platform for parents, players and coaches. It helps us keep everyone informed about training, matches and events, cancellations, and important club news.
How to set up Spond
- If you already use Spond and have an account from a different group or club, then skip down to Joining Rossendale RUFC Minis and Juniors.
- If you are new to Spond, download the Spond app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Open the app and create a new account using your email address or phone number.
- Verify your account using the code sent to your email or phone.
- Complete your profile with your name and other details as prompted.
- Allow notifications so you can receive club messages and event reminders.
Joining Rossendale RUFC Minis & Juniors
Once Spond is installed and your account is active, ask to join the Rossendale RUFC Minis & Juniors group using one of these methods:
- Before joining, ensure you have a valid GMS account and your child is registered with Rossendale RUFC. You will need to provide your child's GMS ID when requesting to join.
- Search for Rossendale RUFC Minis & Juniors inside the Spond app and request to join.
- Use the club’s joining link or club code if one is provided by the team administrator.
- Ask your coach or team manager to send you a group invitation directly through Spond.
If you have any trouble joining, please contact the club administrator and they will send you the correct invite link or club code.
